Since 1994 the group has operations in Argentina AGRANA fruit preparations produced according to the requirements of our customers, applying quality standards and international food security.

1994

Birth of SIAS FRUIT ARGENTINA SA, local subsidiary of French holding company SIAS MPA, the world leader in the production of fruit preparations. It was established in the town of Arroyo Seco in the Province of Santa Fe as a result of a joint venture with a local leader in the production of frozen vegetables.

1998

Merger by absorption of SIAS FRUIT ARGENTINA SA REGIONAL with SAIC, the company's rubric of national capital belonging to the Cisneros Group based in the city of Coronda of the Province of Santa Fe. Birth of SIAS REGIONAL S.A. Discontinued operations in Arroyo Seco and continued diversification and the same (production of frozen) in Coronda.

2002

SIAS MPA, belonging to PERNOD RICARD world's leading producer of wines and spirits, is sold to the French holding company Butler Capital Partners. Change and unification of corporate name on a global level; birth of ATYS SA (ex SIAS MPA) and ATYS ARGENTINA SA (SIAS former REGIONAL SA) as a local subsidiary.

2003

Top of the purchase in 4 stages ATYS by the Austrian holding company AGRANA, a leading producer of sugar and starch in Central Europe.

2004

Increasing the shareholding of ATYS SA in ATYS ARGENTINA SA

2006

End of the acquisition process ATYS from AGRANA.

Change and unification of corporate name on a global level; birth of AGRANA FRUIT SA (ex ATYS SA) and AGRANA FRUIT ARGENTINA SA (ex ATYS ARGENTINA SA) as a local subsidiary.
